DEL ACERO INOXIDABLE
Siempre que sea necesario manipular el elevador (montaje o mantenimiento) evitar golpes y rayaduras para no perjudicar la capa de pasivado del acero.
La mejor forma de mantener el acero es:
Aclarar el elevador diariamente con agua dulce a presión para evitar la incrustación de residuos en la superficie.
Semanalmente, limpiar toda la superficie del elevador con una bayeta húmeda (sin usar productos químicos).
Trimestralmente, aplicar la crema protectora (muestra suministrada) por todo el acero. Dejar actuar 3h y aclarar con abundante agua.
* En piscinas indoor es importante realizar una limpieza más cuidadosa dada la mayor concentración de vapores corrosivas en el ambiente.
IMPORTANTE. Realizar inspecciones visuales para detectar zonas dañadas lo antes posible.(Poner atención a las zonas de anclaje o de apoyo).
Abstenerse de usar productos químicos no indicados, ya que su alcalinidad y acidez puede dañar el acero.
MODO DE EMPLEO DEL GEL LIMPIADOR DEL ACERO
1) Pasar con pincel en el acero el gel limpiador (bote de muestra suminstrado).
2) Dejar actuar el gel entre 3-5 horas. (máximo 10h).
3) Aclarar con abundante agua dulce.
En caso de observar superficies dañadas:
_ Aplicar el gel limpiador localmente y dejar actuar de 2 a 3 horas (máximo 10 horas). Aclarar con abundante agua dulce a presión.
_ En caso de que el daño persista, repetir la operación usando un cepillo de dientes de forma suave.
_ Durante 15 días, aplicar semanalmente el producto en la zona dañada como medida preventiva.
> Una vez finalizada la muestra se puede adquirir en Blautec el producto G200NAVAL (GL02000250) o también otros productos como Inox Restore (PY7010016) o toallitas Autjor (AUJWPEDEX).

* In indoor pools, it is important to clean more thoroughly due to the higher concentration of corrosive vapours in the environment.

Do not use unsuitable chemicals, as their alkalinity and acidity can damage the steel..
HOW TO USE THE GEL CLEANER FOR STAINLESS STEEL:
1) Brush the cleaning gel (sample bottle supplied) onto the steel.
2) Leave the gel to act for 3-5 hours (maximum 10h).
3) Rinse with plenty of fresh water.
If damaged surfaces are observed:
_ Apply the protective cleaner gel locally and leave to act for 2 to 3 hours (maximum 10 hours). Rinse with plenty of fresh water under pressure.
_ If the damage persists, repeat the operation using a soft toothbrush.
_ Apply the product weekly to the damaged area for 15 days as a preventive measure.
